Kevin Collins – Founder; Vice President of Sales
Kevin has worked in the door and window industry
since 1985 and helped many homeowners in the critical decisions needed
for remodeling their homes. He works with contractors to price and
obtain the highest quality products to meet their building needs.
Working with contractors and home owners are one of Kevin’s favorite
things to do. He enjoys watching an average home unfold into
someone’s dream home right before his eyes. Prior to coming
to Viking Door & Window, Kevin was a teacher and high school
coach in the Santa Cruz area. In 1982 Kevin accepted an offer
from a joint venture capitalist firm in Menlo Park to manage
a fishery operation with five sites from the bay area to L.A.
In 1985 he received a job offer to work in the building materials
industry that allowed him more time with his wife, Chris, and
their two children, Kyle and Erin.

Dave Ickert – Founder; Vice President of Marketing & Development
Dave has worked in the door and window industry since 1974. His greatest motivation
is providing value to our customers. Prior to starting Viking Door & Window
in 1996, Dave was a key contributor to Viking for over 21 years, serving
in purchasing and sales. Not only is he Viking Door’s product expert,
he is also used as a reference source by vendors that are considering bringing
in new products to the market or examining their current offerings. Dave
is a Board of Directors member for two corporations and on the Trustee Advisory
Council at NARI. |

Steve Forrest – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Steve joined Viking in 2007 and brought nearly 20 years of lean manufacturing and general management experience with him. He has managed in numerous commodity industries including wood, concrete, steel, plastics, food, and pharmaceuticals. Steve is always searching for continuous improvement that brings value and service to Viking customers. Steve received his BS in Industrial Engineering at Cleveland State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He and his wife live in Campbell and enjoy golfing, biking, sporting events and their big German Shepherd. |

Dave Moore – Director Corporate Business Affairs (Inc., IT, HR, OSHA)
Dave joined Viking in 2006, bringing over 35 years of corporate leadership and experience. Dave retired after 34 years with a national bank in the capacity of Executive Vice President, overseeing various departments during his tenure. Dave has a BA in Business Administration from San Jose State. He is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing golf and sporting events. In addition, he was the Head Basketball Coach at Silver Creek High School for a number of years. |

Phyllis Dali – Accounting Manager
Phyllis joined Viking Door & Window in 2003 and brings 25 years of financial
experience with her. She worked at South Bay Circuits, Inc. In her spare time
Phyllis enjoys being with her family, taking mini trips, reading and relaxing
by the ocean. |

Dale Miles – Director of Operations
Dale has 30 years of experience and leadership in the door, millwork and window
industry, including 20 plus years in material management, operations and
purchasing. He previously worked for a privately owned specialty wood retailer
in San Jose and was an instrumental part of their success. Dale is knowledgeable
in all facets of the retail business, which is instrumental in the growth
of Viking Door & Window. In his spare time Dale enjoys spending time
with family and friends, woodworking, gardening and golf. |

Abel Juarez – Inside Sales Manager
Abel has worked for Viking Door & Window for 11 years and has held positions
in operations and purchasing. He currently directs the inside sales team in assisting
customers as they learn about products for their critical buying decisions. Previously,
Abel worked at Oshman’s Sporting Goods for 22 years – 19 of those
years as the store manager. In his spare time Abel likes to golf, play softball
and attend sporting events. |
